Whats the "handlebar" on the hood for?

it's also used by the Pavement Ends Emergency top. There's a strap that goes down to this point and holds the front of the emergency top down.

mine actually came with two sets of straps: one is velcro, which i use when i lower the top, the other has snaps. no clue what that is for.

Second set of straps with the snaps are to hold up the rolled up back window.

the snapped ones go on the top inside of the rear bow of the softop to hold the rear window up if you decide to roll it up. (the male half of the snap is riveted to the bow)

nope, I got the velcro straps and i dont have a Sunrider
