Default Wheel Spacers in Jeep AD?

I saw this picture from a Jeep ad and the Jeep looks like it has wheel spacers. I have an 07' Rubicon and my wheels don't fill up the wheel wells like that. Am I retarded? (That is a rhetorical question...)

I'd guess it's aftermarket wheels and tires. Hard to tell from the little photo, but it doesn't look like stock rubber to me.

Those are definately stock BFG's. But it does look much wider than normal.

As already posted - no way to tell from the small photo. My stock rubber with 1.5 spacers just stick out slightly from the fender edge. I can't tell from the angle and size of the photo whether these are inside the fenders or not.

It also looks like the wheels are turned toward the passenger side slightly which would give the illusion of them sticking out further.
