Unfortunitly spacers are illegal here in my part of Australia :-( so i just can't put them on.
And the air dam might get a trim or swapped out for a bash plate that fits later on when it rubs like you've said.
Cheers guys and any other input is greatly appreciated.
I've heard that about spacers in Australia. Can you use the OME/ARB trim packers?

Just go by a stock coil spring isolaters and double them up.

I've always wondered if it was illegal for spacers with leaf springs or also inclusive of coil springs.

I'm pretty sure down here all wheel spacers are illegal no matter what springs i use.
Even though there are some really good spacers out there.

I'm not sure what you mean by trim packers or spring isolators?

My bad. Was thinking coil spring spacers and not wheel spacers.

You will love the Bighorns, they do make a little noise, not bad. Here's mine on stock size rims, (with spacers though), and a 2.5 lift. I did not have to trim rock sliders or air dam.

Yes, I did forget to mention that. 285/70/17, a little taller than stock, look great. My jeep is my daily driver so I was worried about the aggressive tread, but really not a big deal. A little hum at highway speed. I have stock 3.73 gears and auto so I was worried about taller tires. (i.e. 35") these seem to suit my needs perfectly. Enjoy

What size spacers have you got on?
If mine rub i'll have to get new wheels and if yours don't i'll pick up some wheels with that much extra back space.

I believe they are 1.5 ", there are spidertrax spacers. It's hard to believe legal here in the states yet down under not. They have a good reputation here for being very safe. At $ 200 for 4, there are not cheap. I have heard the larger tires will sometimes hit the rear sway bar links, once lifted. Probably be the easiest just break down a buy a cheap set of wheels.
