windsheld and softop question
does anyone have a pic of the seal of the softop to the windshield. mine had alot of wind noise on the highway coming from the drivers side but no water leaking. but when i look at the seal it looks as if the soft top doesnt reach far enough to the windsheld. and if i pull down hard on the softop on the highway the wind sound goes away. any idea of how to get it to seat better?
thanks!!!!
thanks!!!!

i went and looked at my jeep after seeing your pic and mine definetly seats closer to the top windshield frame than yours. Did you by chance let the roof sit in the sun awhile before putting it back up? I've noticed that if I put it up in the garage it doesn't seem to stretch as well as when I put it up out side in the sun. I'm curious as to how the roof will fit this fall when the temps start to drop and we don't get the stretch out of the material that we do now. This is my first jeep and i'm still deciding if i need to buy a hard-top for he winter.
Mine also fits tighter up against the windshield than the one in the picture.
As for the winter, I had no problems last winter here in Pa, and we had quite a bit of snow off and on, with melting in between.
The top stayed nice and tight, and did not leak at all.

Mine looks the same way, I took it to the dealer because of the sound and was told that it is normal. They stated that they drove 3 others and all 3 made the same noise. Per the Mechanic if you tape off the top and the sound stops its normal????????????
