Last time I had to do this was on the ole 99, all those bolts were rusted and I was forced to frill it out.. Luck for me, Wife company has a fab shop.. so while there I removed all the bolts, oiled and replace all those that needed it. Just makes since if one is going to make future additions or alterations.

 

Gosh I am running into this issue now.... Just keeps spinning.... Might drill it out tonight. but then I have to get a new torx screw and nut on the back side. Is this still the best solution? and where can I get the screw at?
