Call up your insurance company, tell them how you were just driving down the interstate and something flew up and hit your WS...thankfully your okay and didnt lose control of your vehicle when it happened, but youll need to file a claim to replace the glass. (Assuming you have zero deductible glass.)

I did this on my 07 BMW 335i coupe, (which I totalled) and on my new challenger. I never got around to it on the wrangler but my WS just got two really bad bb sized cracks and holes in it, my insurance is replaceing the glass tomorrow morning and my tint guy is coming over tomorrow evening.
