Again I would like to wish Ken the best with his current situation. I know that asking for help can be very difficult as much as accepting help in a situation like this. Give it hell Ken.

I would not like to make a bid, but is there a place I can paypal some more money towards Ken's medical bills or whatnot?
I donated a long time ago but I can't remember where that was.
Ken - proud of you for hanging in there. I am a fellow Buffalonian and my father is a Lymphoma survivor (doc gave him 6 months in 2004, and he's still tough and healthy now 7 years later). He went to Roswell and had great care there. You can do it too!
