The Jeep Wrangler is one of the most customized vehicles in the world. What are some simple ways to modify your Jeep without any experience?

The Jeep Wrangler is a ruggedly simple machine. The clean design of the Wrangler also means it is perfect for customization. Most Jeep owners will add unique parts or modifications to make their Jeeps stand out.

The off-road capability of the Wrangler also means a good portion of modifications are made to improve that use. Many Jeep owners add wheels, tires, suspension, bumpers, winches, roof racks, and extra lighting. But what if you don’t have the skills, tools, or space?

One of the coolest aspects of the Jeep Wrangler is its simplicity. This means there are simple modifications anyone can make with little to no mechanical experience. Unlike a modern sedan, the Wrangler has basic lights, bumpers, seats, and interior.

Most of the components are easily accessible due to the limited interior and exterior paneling. YouTube channel autoedit shows us a few of the basic modifications anyone can do to their Jeep in a parking lot.

The video shows three simple ways to modify your Jeep. The first modification is a must for any Wrangler Unlimited owner who puts people in the rear seats. A rear seat recline kit allows the factory seats to be a bit more comfortable for the passengers, while retaining all the factory mounting hardware.

The second modification is a set of metal grab bars (also known as OH SH#T handles). On the trail it is nice to have a solid handle for passengers to brace themselves while the Jeep is rock climbing.

The third modification is a set of LED rear tail lights. This easy to do mod changes the whole look of the Wrangler and the super bright LEDs adds additional safety by making your brake lights more visible to other drivers.
