Brats (Weisswurst and venison chiptle Jacks from Kuby's in Dallas) on the grill with sauerkraut and very spicy mustard. I also like a few chopped jalepeno's in my kraut.

Chased with a very cold full flavored beer (a micro brew amber ale, or the surprisingly tasty lager, Stella Artois)
