Default Bolts at front seat ceased up

I bought one of the under seat Bestop security boxes for my 2008 Jeep JK and I cannot get the bolts loose, my concern is if I break the bolts there is no access to the nuts in the underside. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get these bolts loose without snapping them. If I do snap them, how do I get access to the nuts on the underside?

They have lock tight on them and r a bugger to get out . I was scared mine would snap when I did my bed liner under my seat . I used a breaker bar and crossed my fingers . Good luck

Wire brush the exposed portions from under the Jeep. After brushing lube em up! They put up very little fight after that. OOps Just reread .... FRONT bolts ... Sorry

Yes they are really hard to get off - you're not going to break them - a long breaker bar is in order.

I figured the breaker bar was the option but wanted to check.

haha I ran into the same problem yesterday with my install. I was thinking about going to a mechanic and just paying a few bucks to have them loosen it with one of their air guns. Wasn't sure of my options but thanks guys for the breaker bar tip! I'll borrow one and try that first.

So I used a 15" Breaker Bar...and as the others mentioned in previous posts, no struggle to get the bolts off. Just thought I'd add a picture for anyone looking for a quick reference:
