Default Colorado Springs

Headed to Colorado Springs this coming Sunday for a week. Anyone in that area can show me some sweet rigs or recommend some nice places to eat and things to do in evenings. I'm looking for good Greek, sushi, bistro, cafe, seafood, burgers, pizza type places.

Greek...in Old Colorado Springs called Jake and Tully's.

Have not been, but want to try Ivy Wild School. It is a brewery and serves food as well.

Tons of shops in Manitou Springs and food too.

I live in the Springs.

As mentioned Jake and Tullys for Greek food.

Sushi/seafood is tough since we arent exactly near the water. I would recommend Jun Sushi on Centennial and Filmore. Not to be confused with the other Jun on Academy I believe.

I cant think of any place that has spectacular burgers but The Dive is pretty good. Lark Burger is a local chain and serves them pink so possibly worth a visit. If you dont have Crave Burger by you and are looking for a heart attack, this is definitely worth a visit.

Pizza again kind of the wrong geographic region. Borriello brothers is a local chain and is one I prefer.

Breakfast is where it is at around here in my opinion. In no particular order: Over Easy, Omelette Parlor, Western Omelette and Bon Ton Cafe are all worth a visit.

503 West is a bar that has some really awesome food.

Awesome thanks for the suggestions. Breakfast is my all time favorite. Any place you can recommend corned beef hash would be awesome. I am staying on Fort Carson since my training is there so not sure if I'll be able to do breakfast really but if I get a chance I would like options.

Sushi isn't great up in north Louisiana where I live but still have places that is better then others. Prolly won't do sushi though. I like to try and hit the best local places and stay away from chains. The military allows me to travel a good bit to new places so I like to take advantage and really try and meet fellow jeepers and check out their bids. I would love to experience a jeep with coilovers or a hemi or LS swap.

Yep. Also a good burger. The name comes from the fact that they use a very large slice of cheese on a grill which over hangs the burger and gets cooked crispy.
