Hey guys, ill be in the Ouray area 9/23-26 and it looks like rain may be in the forecast. We were planning in doing black bear but have been advised not to do it if its wet. Are there any other passes you'd absolutely avoid if it gets wet/ snow?

I ran Black Bear late July, great weather in the Morning, and yea, I would not attempt it in the rain. But I did Imogene on the trip back in heavy down pour and hail with no problems. You just don't get to see much when it's raining hard.

Default China Wall

Ran China Wall last Saturday. Didn't end up taking many pics. Had fun, but looking to run something a little bit more challenging here in a couple weeks. Click image for larger version

I did it last weekend and it was great. If you don't see rain, then I would do it... if it looks rainy the stairs could be a bit slippery.
