South Denver (Parker) Good Dealer?
Anybody have any updated info on dealers in the area? I bought mine at the Lithia on Havana. I have not needed dealer service...yet.
I got free lifetime oil changes from any Lithia dealer...so I'm wondering if anyone has experience with either of the Lithia Jeeps in the metro (Havana or Arapahoe.)
If its in my JK's best interest I'll just go somewhere else and pay for oil changes.
Thanks.

I have been to Burt in Parker mainly to have the routine oil changes done because the coupons they send. Overall the experience has been very good. I have been there for a number of other items which for the most part have been completed correctly. Sometimes it can be tough to get in on weekends if you don't plan ahead but overall I would recomend them.
I have two Jeeps, my JK and my wifes Liberity. Kent Williams in the service dept. has taken care of us on both. I had Kent take care of my 04 Rubi when he was at Go on broadway, when they opened the Burt Jeep in Parker, Burt hired Kent for the new store. I highly recommend Kent. My JK is lifted and that has not been a concern. Good Luck.
I too got mine at Go on Broadway with great service so far. For your oil and warranty, my wife bought her Liberty at Lithia on Arapahoe and they've done her well for 4 years. Never had an issue,,,, until I tried twice to buy my JK there. They wouldn't work with me at all and Broadway did.
I have taken my JK to Lithia on Arapahoe about 3 times and to Burt in Parker about 2 times. I would have to say out of those two, I liked Lithia.
Both places offer the coupons for oil changes, etc and you can actually print them off Jeep.com. My short list of pros/cons for each place:
Lithia
- faster oil change service than Burt
- reflashed my computer due to the ESP coming on frequently...this is actually a TSB...they didnt charge me for this and answered all my questions
Burt
- slow oil changes; had to wait 2 hours each time even when there werent any cars ahead of me it seemed (although one time I got it free since they were so slow)
- wanted to charge me $190 to reflash the computer to fix the ESP TSB issue
Anyhow, both places are pretty nice but i liked Lithia. Better customer service it seemed.

We have two JK Unlimiteds. Got them both from Go Jeep on Broadway. Took mine in on Friday for first oil change and a couple of little things that were bothering me.
I also asked a few questions. So by the time they were done checking the sqeek in the clutch peddle and the MyGig hard disk crash, and their answer to why my Mygig does not play movies (I have a manual SWMBO has an auto and does play movies). I was amazed at the answers or faburicated stories.
So I know for sure there are a few on this forum in Parker.
Who do you take your Jeeps to when you need to have dealer service? Who do you take them to when you are just getting routine service or want someone other then the dealer working on your vehicle. I have lived here for 9 years now. I continually struggle with finding someone I can trust and that does good work.
Are the Burt Jeep guys anygood?
