Minnesota's ramble on and on thread.
I'm stoked for this Sat. Going to turn some wrenches and get the following on the rig:
-18/59 JKU Rubi coils
-Woods steering stabilizer relo bracket
-Northridge TB & LCA bolt kit
Hopefully the coils will net me 1-1.5" of lift. When I installed my TF leveling kit I wasn't as well versed in Jeepology and like a dope yanked off the tags on my coils so I have no idea what I have from the factory
Just want to get enough to be able to slap some 35's on while I save up my pennies for the TF 3" LCG long arm kit.

How many people going are going to have on board air?
I usually carry a bunch of various tools, CB, Motorola walkie talkies, hi-lift, recovery gear (shackles, straps, etc.) and I should have a winch on by then but the one thing I don't have is air. I may have that solved by then but maybe not.
As far as a place to stay Wilmar seems to be the closest town with options. Wilmar is about 53 miles from the park. Seems a bit far but doable considering we'd only make the trip once or twice. Wilmar will probably be a better place to get something to eat at night but that's just a guess.
There seems to be one joint in Appleton but i'm sure that's a pretty small town.

Another option would be Benson, MN. There is a super 8 and a country inn and Suites there. It's about 22 miles from the park.
Montevideo is about 27 miles away with a couple of places to stay.
So I think we have options. If anyone has any first hand knowledge that would be ideal.

The park is right outside of town so maybe a slow drive to a service station would work too worst case scenario. I actually work with a guy from Montevideo so I'll pick his brain about what that town has to offer.
well if thats the case ill bring my portable air compressor..its only a good year but it will work...im going to bring a few tools and stuff other then that...if somethign major goes i do have a tow strap lol!!!!! some recover gear....if the park lets i could bring a little grill and we can grill out there other then that i guess well have to bring out own kind of food. i will probably be there a bit late..the women wants to tag along...but she gets off class at noon..and u knwo how they do it..it will probably be one by the time i leave..and its like a 2 hour drive i think..
