By the way one remark. We should stop calling those semi-autos as "assault rifles". They are not. The real assault rifles are used by the .mil and are capable of full-auto fire. Best just say semi-auto sporting rifle. This will help clarifying a lot of the confusion that the anti-gun tribe is exploiting.

$200 per for SBRs, suppressors, etc. Check or MO to BATF.
A few vendors offer to cover your stamp if you buy a suppressor from them. I've only seen this on pricier cans, above $1k.
If you're looking at a Sparrow, I'd check out Huntertown Arms. The Guardian and Guardian stainless are both under $200 and just as good as the sparrow IMO. I just got the Guardian stainless for my mkii fv-sr.
