Default Gun in Jeep

Where do you stash your handgun in a jeep wrangler? They don't seem to have large door pockets like my current truck does.

They make the drawers that go under the front seats, maybe that would work?

Some states require that your gun be concealed inside your car or locked unloaded separate from the passenger compartment. I would check with local law enforcement before considering this option.

I keep a P238 in my center console tray with an extra mag, but if I am taking a long trip I will put my 1911 underneath the seat cover (which is open on the sides) of the passenger seat.

I just unzip the rear seat and there is a ton of space there to conceal a gun.

Sorry for the almost double post here but i just noticed that he is in Texas. We don't have to do anything except conceal it. In fact in my pickup truck I carry my 1911 in the passenger seat with my hat sitting on top of it, and that is good enough. A locked vehicle is also all of the security that you need when you are away from your vehicle.
