Overall in pretty good condition, runs.
Bad burnt orange paint job over what looks like original baby blue.
Jeep lived on a range in Colorado since being purchased new. Arrived in Texas recently, was a gift to the current owner.
In the next year I'm going to convince him to sell it to me.

good looking old Jeep. Maybe a little older - like 46 or 47 as it has the brackets on the outside of the body for the top bows. A 49 CJ3A I used to have did not have these. The glove box must have been added as these old Jeeps had the box under the passenger seat. Looks pretty solid for an old Jeep. Check the frame behind the front spring hangers as this is a weak spot and tends to crack! Slap a windshield and a roll cage on that baby and your ready to go. Then maybe a Buick 232 V6 engine swap, a stronger tranny and transfer case, some new diffs, better brakes ...

My niece's boyfriend has a Willys in Austin TX with a seized engine. Anyone know of a good shop in Austin that may be able to help?
