I haven't yet had a chance to take a wheeling trip somewhere. I do plan to maybe later this year starting. My first trip probably be to Rausch Creek as it's only 4.5 hours away. I want to take one out west somewhere. My girl wants to see Sedona Arizona, so I'd like to take her there and hit up some place big near there to wheel for a weekend or so. I'll drive my Jeep wherever I gotta go. I don't care so much about the gas with 11-14 mpg. I knew the mileage would suck before I ever bought it. It's just to much fun not to drive.

Default 1 Major & 3 Minors

Typically we would do 1 major trip a year.. and this would mean driving our yearly "May Day" event which is nothing more than driving through 7 states in 1 day.. Then throughout the year we would do 3 or 4 mini or minor trips.. which are about 3 or 4 hours away..

I go to Colorado every year in September/October. The main focus is hiking the 14ers (13 of which I've bagged) but we do get a day or two to get the Jeeps good and dirty.

Live in western colorado. Ouray and Moab two and half hours away. Not to mention the many trails around here. Jeeping, hunting, and fly fishing. Love colorado! Only complaint it's expensive to live in the mountains.

We go every weekend. I have 3& 4 day weekends, we go somewhere every week. Camping and wheeling is a way of life for us.
