Default Front fender mount guys. Need info

I am installing my front fender mount for my antenna. And I'm trying to locate the best ingress route for the cable. Does anyone have any input that runs a front fender mount

I don't have this, but a friend does. He routed the cable back into the engine compartment between the hood and the fender. To get it into the passenger compartment, there are quite a few options. If you have an automatic, the hole for where the clutch pedal cable would normally go through worked for me.

Pull the side panel off the dash. If you look in there you will see a foam filled hole ... You can push the cable through the foam and then put the connector on the end.

That hole comes out under the cowl panel on the fender ledge. Very clean instal.

I ended up about 10 mins after posting finding the foam holes on my own during exploration.

Hole for the manual transmission when you have an auto is ideal for this.

I ran mine through a large hole in the power brake booster mount at the firewall nearest the fender. There was just foam in it that was easy to cut a cross into. Since mine was mounted to the hood I brought a long length of cable in so the hood could be raised, you don't need to do that.
