Default Sked

Many of the ham sites have an area where you can schedule (SKED) a QSO (contact).
Might be something for this forum to have available, some DX (long distance) while wheelin.

I think just what you've done right here would be a useful way to make a sked. If a guy plans on being on a certain freq. at a certain time, he can post up right here (on this thread) and if anybody is interested they can either reply here or just look for him on the air. I can just hear it now.......CQ, CQ...this is wl7cmg calling on sked for any and all JK Forum HAM ops......CQ CQ...

What say you OM?

Since I only have a mobile station, I can be on 40M or 20M (or 15 and 10M, but why?) 1030 and 21-2200 Hrs GMT coming and going to work. Weekends are hit and miss. I do not hear much in the mornings, but 20M has been fair in the afternoons.
I will call CQ Jeep at or near 14.275 MHz on the way home from work. As we move ever so slowly into cycle 24, comms should improve.

Just through up a 40m dipole this afternoon. First contact was S9+ into So.Cal.
By the time I get home from work during the week 40m is just starting to kick in for me up here. So let me know if any of you want to try 40m this week. I check this thread everyday after work.

Neither of my antennas will do 80m so if we keep it on 40 i'll do my best to jump in.

Ok........if anybody wants to try a 40m evening sked this week, shoot a time and freq. here on this thread. I'm usually home from work around 5pm AK time and will check it right away. Remember, Alaska is an hour later than those of you on the west coast.

Should we try and do a regular "JEEPERS" net on HF?
