Default 8 " JBL Sub Enclosure

I sunk my new sub into the storage bin in the back. I don't like to listen to stuff roll around in there anyway. This way i can have all the room I need for hunting stuff.

I fiber glassed the bottom of the pan and then used bed liner so it doesn't rattle. The top is 3/4 inch MDF with carpet covering all of it.

Got a pic of it out of the cubby? Do you know what the displacement is? Do you think you may be able to fit a 10" without bottoming out?

How's it sound? Is there enough air in there to push out?

Are you worried about water at all? I have two PDX Alpine amplifiers sitting in my 2011 2dr cubby. They are raised up about a half an inch off the bottom by being bolted to a board.

Just wondering if you have the top off and a sudden downpour occurs...then what

Default Sub enclosure.

I think it was .75 cu ft. there is plenty of room to open up to the sides if you want to add more space or another sub. It is not removeable, however I did not use any screws in the bottom so no moisture can get in from the ouside. The inside is sealed using fiberglass. I may be taking it out this spring to add another sub. not sure yet. As for rain I guess I will take my chances.
