Trying to put the single light in front by dome light as OP outlined. What wires do I tap in to on some light? Colors? I see three wires coming off of domelight

Tap the yellow with white stripe in the bundle going up the pillar. Or tap straight in at the back of the done light itself

Gotcha. I see three wires in the back of the dome. Thoughts? Don't have test light handy

Yellow with black tracer is constant power.
Solid yellow is with the doors/switch on the stalk. (This is what you want)
Brown is ground

And absolute worst case scenario, the LEDs just won't turn in and you can re wire them (I'd just double check them before you solder/crimp/heat shrink)
