Aux light switch feed. noob question
i've read so many FAQ's already regarding light installation. for my aux light i want it to be on its own circuit. so i can turn it on whenever i want.
all of them say tap into the fuse box for the switch feed. but which fuse do i use? i want to be able to turn the lights on whether my car is on or off.
which fuse's have constant power?

I have found (for me at least) that I never run only one thing to the fuse box. One of the first things I do is wire up a second fuse block to the inside of the cab so I can have a switch for the lights, and the CB, Oh! and then the Strobe lights, disco ball and 5 TV's.
You get my drift. It just makes things easier in the long run.

I have my lights set up use when I want, but; i also have a dual battery set-up which means I have a battery dedicated to accessories and one for starting hwne the vehile is not running.. You also have to keep in mind that Aux lighting gets very hot and the movement of the Jeep helps keep them cool, which mean better bulb life and cooler enclosures
