Default Aux light switch feed. noob question

i've read so many FAQ's already regarding light installation. for my aux light i want it to be on its own circuit. so i can turn it on whenever i want.

all of them say tap into the fuse box for the switch feed. but which fuse do i use? i want to be able to turn the lights on whether my car is on or off.

which fuse's have constant power?

Just use a fused wire from the batt + post to do what you want to do and forget the fuse box.

Hope that you are good at battery maintenance.

Why? I'm not sure I understand. Battery drain or corrosion? I ran a fused line to the relay and a fused line to the switch. Should I be worried about battery problems? Please elaborate!

I have found (for me at least) that I never run only one thing to the fuse box. One of the first things I do is wire up a second fuse block to the inside of the cab so I can have a switch for the lights, and the CB, Oh! and then the Strobe lights, disco ball and 5 TV's.

You get my drift. It just makes things easier in the long run.
