I always replace my batteries with Optima's. They are are worth the money.

This pretty much covers it, but heres my .02 If you go off road alot you should look at the gel type optimas. They don't mind the sloshing and extreme angles. For mostly street look at the 7 yr autozone. The Autozones seem to last and if you have a problem, there is a store in almost every average size town. They also keep records of your purchase so dont need receipt.

My experience with Autozone warranty is.... that I usually end up needing it. The 7 year battery last about 3 years, then they replace it for free... but your warranty still stays in effect from the original purchase date. So about 3-4 years later when your second 7 year battery dies... your warranty is expired.

I personally went with the Sears Diehard Platinum because it has a better warranty than the Optima's.
