it's not against the law in Georgia, and I would like to get mine to stay on with the high beams, it's not like I will be using high beams in fog anyway

Maybe yours do, but mine work fine. Have you tried re-aiming them? The factory did a good job of making sure half of them were aimed down, and the other half aimed up.

 

Ours are aimed right, if you drive a car with real headlights, like our bmw's, you'll understand how much the JK lights fail

my favorite is when we are on interstate in traffic, and I cant tell if my headlights are on, because everyone else's lights are brighter and light the road in front of me

 

I agree. Our headlights, ESPECIALLY HIGH BEAMS, are the worst I've ever owned. E codes are in my future. Check out the thread on that or Dan Sterns web site.

 

I'm not sold on cibies until I find posts from people with hella ecodes and unhappy, so far I've not, the harley and a bunch of classic car forums all like the hella e-codes, and they are half the price of the cibies

Actually, I asked him about the relay that his cometitor makes for less and he said that while he wasn't sure of their pricing, that it sounded like it was a good deal/value etc. He's a stand up guy from my dealings with him (which, BTW, began 10+ years ago when I had a Mercedes and first learned about Ecode lights).

 

I would say that's inaccurate since Mr. Stern sells more brands than Cibie.
