That is a cool way to do it, but there is already a secret hidden spot to put an opener in all JKs.

I hooked up a 9volt battery to mine and put it behind the roll bar cover so no one can see it u would never know it was there unless u watch me hit it. The other reason I did this was is so if I'm in my truck I can just move it with me and not have to have two. I got mine from u pull it. Out of a Chrysler 300 I think. It was built in the visor. It was like $5.

There is a secret spot behind the roll bar cover that you can put any regular opener in. Takes about 10 seconds and it's free.

Thought I'd add a light while I was working in that area. Made a cover out of abs plastic so you don't see the light from the inside

Yes it's the grill on the windshield. I made a cover the same shape out of black abs to match the interior and hooked up some LEDs to the lighting circuit so it comes on when the lights are on
