Just an update on this old thread. I have a 2015 JKU and even with the pretty good Truck lights, I wanted something that would light up to the sides and down the road as a bonus. We have deer out around my home like crazy and I really wanted to be able to flick the Rigid D-SS side shooters on and off with my High Beams. Because of the PWM, I went through the diode and capacitor setup in the diagram but I still buzzed my relay pretty badly. Different relays, and even stacking dual and triple capacitors didn't help much. I kept messing around, giving up, going back, and finally I saw the mistake I had made.
I figured since Radio Shack is gone, I would just try to find the diode and capacitors listed in the diagram. After much frustration, I reread the entire thread and realized I had bought tiny 220pF capacitors. I hunted down a 220uF capacitor and guess what? Worked like a charm. Thanks mucho AMC Jeep and everybody else.

It is pretty gratifying to be told you can't do something, and then figure out how to do it. I love the forums for showing solutions to almost anything, if you look hard enough. I go down a dark road now, flip my high beams on, and with the Side Shooters lighting up, I giggle a little almost every time.
