For the signal, it's worth a shot rather than running wires from the front speakers to the cargo area (which is really easy)....still gotta run power and ground though.

there is a reason why the basslink came with a line level converter. the person who installed that converter was just trying to make more money. I am glad that you ended up not paying for it.

Mine sounds great in the wifes car, im looking for a free air sub to put in the factory box right now...

I hooked mine up with the factory sub wires and you know I'm a little impressed with the sound this little thing produces... Instead of running a wire to the rear gate latch, I used the rear seat belt bolt that goes threw the body...
