I'd guess that being in UAE you may be out of range from the satellite signal. They are likely in asynchronous orbit with western hemisphere.

First thank you all for a lot of info on this!

I upgraded my 2012 JKU from the 130 Infinity Uconnect to the 730N from the ebay seller.
I also added the lock pick and 3 cameras (Front/Rear/Baby) while I was at it.

So my question is as any ne noticed a decrease in sound quality and volume after this upgrade? I used to think the stock set up sounded pretty good, but now my volume seems to be at Max and doesn't sound as bright.

Is there a setting or something that I need to change for the Infinity?

Thank you!

I upgraded from stock Infinity to the RBZ and didn't have a noticeable difference in sound quality. Have you tried adjusting any of the treble, bass, etc. to see if that helps?

I have not had any issues with the swap to MYGIG RBZ radio. I am about to replace the Infinity system completely. I will be installing Polk Audio DXI6500 components in front and DXI650 2-ways in the soundbar.
I have already verified the Infinity amp can be bypassed and run the front/rear speakers (no sub yet) directly from the Mygig with full Vol/fade/EQ control from the head unit.

I will be adding an Alpine 5-channel amp (MRX-V70) and Polk Audio sub (DB840).

Ok so I got this one figured out. When I installed the Lockpick there was 1 bent pin in the harness. Sound is back to pretty good for stock! :-)

I'm going to be following Vulcans amp and speaker install next!,

How are you pulling that off?

What is really needed is the model number, build date, and what vehicle your RBZ came out of. I'm trying to sort though the codes to figure out what is what.

So...if you have blue instead of green....did you get your RBZ from a Durango instead of a town Town and Country?

I think the newer TC's are blue lit.

Hmmm....this could get interesting trying to find green.

The new Durango is blue-lit as well.

Looks like in 2008/2008 the dash for the Town and Country used to be green.

So maybe there was a color change.

My Wrangler just hit frame today, so I don't have a Jeep to look at. Can someone PLEASE tell me what color the interior lights are on a JK? Are the all green? Are the heat/AC gauges green as well? (For some reason I thought they were blue). Is the stock radio back-lit in green?

Thanks
