Just got lockpick CHR550-- help!?
I wasted three hours last night trying to get the CHR550 to work on my 2011 which has a RHB MyGig. It wouldn't even turn on. The harness the Lockpick comes with is complete trash. Nothing lined up correct and I spent all my time trying to line them up. Finally connected everything and went to turn it on, the MyGig wouldn't even turn on and I was getting a "clicking" sound from the unit. I am waiting to hear back from tech support at Lockpick as the company I purchased the Lockpick from doesn't want to take any responsibilities. What a joke.

Hey bud I'm having the same problem with the iPhone showing video after installing it and finally getting it to work. How did you solve your problem with this? What are your switches set at?
Well today I tried to figure out why I am unable to get video from my iPhone and wasn't able to solve the issue. Everything else is working and I'm even able to get audio from the iPhone but no video. Has anyone else had this problem?
I also did an update on the MyGig RHB software which finally came out. The only thing I could tell it did was add a Travel Link option.

I did plug my brother in laws iPhone 4 and it worked perfect so I know there is nothing wrong with the Lockpick. It just doesn't want to work with my 3GS and I am also on the latest firmware.
Okay got it. If you have a 3GS iPhone, TV Out is only enabled if you purchase the apple TV Out cable which has a chip that enables it on the 3GS, the iPhone phone already comes enabled.
My 3GS is jailbroken so I was able to install an app from Cydia called TVOut2 Mirror. Now my iPhone connects video to the MyGig unit.
