Bought some carbon vinyl wrap and covered the back of the bar and it stopped all whistle and wind noise

The door trim trick works but didn't get rid of all the noise so I went with brute force LED cover and that did it and it made me Ca. legal.

I just point my light bar downward a little bit and the whistling goes away. when its time to use it just angle it straight ahead. easy free fix

while I would love a light bar.... I don't want to deal with this issue....

what I don't understand.... why haven't manufactures looked into this??????

I just installed a 50 inch on mine and no whistle sound, I also have a roof rack.
