Good point! Was there any difference in the specs?

After I replaced the rear dome light my map lights in the mirror stay on until I put the stock bulb back in. Anyone know of a work around?

Does it stay fully on or just dim?

They stay fully on. It has something to do with the way jeep wired it. When I activate the rear light the front map lights come on. Stock bulb has a very low resistance some where around 2 ohms. The led bulb is about 38 ohms. If I leave the bulb out of the rear dome it does the same thing. I'm thinking of just taking the bulbs out of the mirror.

Either that or throw a resistor in the rear dome light. Then the can-bus will think its a regular bulb. You must have a 2013, I can only picture what your talking about since I haven't actually seen the new mirror setup.

Just installed the LED dome light and love it. Thanks for the idea.
