Just noticed with iphone 4, uconnect does not recognize a contact if number is saved as "Iphone". It will see (speak) the name but not the number. Number must be saved as mobile, etc. And you cant seem to edit a number unless you added it through mygig.

How can I find out what version my Nav unit runs? I just bought 2010 unlimited.

You can check your version by following these instructions:
Press the Menu button on the right side of the radio.
Press the System Setup on screen button.
Press the System Information on screen button.

Whpony all this update is for is the iPhone issue correct!??? I have an android so I guess I don't need to install this correct???

Where can I locate VER 9.713 since I need to update from an older version first?

Well it basically updates the Bluetooth firmware on the MyGig for compatibility with future models. It just happens that was the big issue with the I-phone.

Would I recommend updating? ABSOLUTELY! Almost every update has other features and fixes not listed.
