The JK radios do not use anti-theft codes.

Default There is no antithft code in my 2009 JK radio

I've disconnected the battery a number of times. No code, no problem. In the two cars I have that do have a radio antitheft code that code was delivered with the car. It couldn't be in the manual because a) that's pretty poor security and b) there are millions of codes.

Thanks !. Seems like there is no 4 pin security code then on the JK. There was on the U.K supplied TJ's which made me think there would be on the JK. So my radio will work if the battery is removed/replaced.

Many European cars have a removable sticker in the service/handbook for the car radio / security code which is removable to keep in a safe place. Or kept on file to relate to the VIN / Reg with U.K importer etc.
