Just an update. I replaced the relay and redid all of my connections just to check myself. The dually's still work great and the light bar still flickers. I contacted Rigid Ind. four days ago and still no reply!!!

I was thinking of a similar set up. Hopefully Rigid takes care of you. Keep us posted.

Hi guys. Update time again for anyone interested. Rigid finally got back to me and were pretty sure it's either the relay or other wiring issues. So to trouble shoot some more I pulled the light off the bull bar and set it next to the battery using gator clips to power the light. The light did not flicker when powered this way. So again I looked at the Rigid supplied relay pig tail and noticed the ground wires were about to come uncoupled so I took the relay out and soldered the wires as if there was no relay at all, plugged in the light and no flickering. The wiring should be just fine this way do to low amp draw and wattage. However, when I started to aim the light last night the flicker started again. When I snug down the driver side bolt (side with wiring) everything is okay. When I tighten the passenger side at all it causes a flicker! Pretty sad considering they are suppose to be so tuff. I emailed this back to Rigid last night. We'll see what's next!

Yes. Finally. I emailed rigid and they were slow to get back to me. I had to email them more than once. They blamed it on holiday traffic. They had me send the light in and they paid for shipping. The light had an internal ground issue which was fixed. They got the light back to me and it now works flawlessly. However, during our back and forth emails I had asked if they would change the bar from combo to full spot. They were more than willing and had agreed this would be done. Multiple people in the loop by now! Yet my bar came back still a combo. I let them know this and all I got was a oops, must have been the new guy in back messing up. There customer service in my opinion deserves a grade of average, but not great as I read that it was! Bottom line. It's a bright, great looking light thats made in the USA. However, if I could do it again I would have just saved my $600 and bought a couple sets of day lighters for less than half that price! Hope that helps!

I have duallys, 50" & 20" & couldn't be happier with the lighting or customer service.
