Got the Truck-lites and duallys mounted tonight. Decided to wire the duallys direct to the to the fog wiring. Didn't really want to cut the stock wires so I retrofitted the rigidly plug to the stick wires.

Works good and shouldn't have to worry about water or corrosion. To anyone that's used the fog switch for duallys, do they strobe for a few seconds after you turn them off? Seems like there's a small voltage that goes back and forth between the 2 lights. Will this hurt the lights?

How is the up/down/left/right adjustment on the fogs using that bracket? Is it possible? With the RR XHD Modular bumper, that bumper expects the foglights to have internal adjustments to aim.

Secondly, it appears the BDF bracket is now a Rigid Industries part. Is that old news?

The flicker is normal you can run a capacitor to eliminate it or just live with it, no harm will come to the lights from it.

There is a little adjustment but not much. If the opening was bigger they could be more. Might be better on another bumper.

As for the BDF/Rigid thing, I was surprised when I got them. First I'd heard of it.

Thanks for the reply. The strobe kinda looks cool when you turn it off at night. I'll just leave it. I'm just happy I was able to use the factory wiring like I did.

I wanted to get a set amber D2's with BDF mounts, but i was wondering is the flickering really that significant and noticeable?

Mine is a faint strobe back and forth between the 2 when they're off. I'll try to take a video this weekend.

I actually made a YouTube of the strobe effect and it can be cancelled out easily with a quick search on eBay for HID flicker fix.... a bunch of capacitor options will pop up and you only need to wire one in per light and zip tie it to the frame and your flicker will be gone.
