Not sure if you know or aware of the Can Bus and how it is kinda setup, if you do I don't mean to teach you if you already know...lol..Bare with me...

The old Days when I was Hooked my TransAm up with a new System, I could just Tap into a Hot source and a Ground and so on.....You Can do that anymore with Can Bus.......you will scramble or cut the communication in the network...
Can Bus consist of Paired wires and to make a simple example (for me, simple) LOL....when you turn your head lights on, Old way was Direct to Lights/Relay etc.......Now, turn lights On and a Signal is sent in that pair of wires to the TPM/Power Box and it so calls tell that Relay to send power, at the same time, thru the same pair, it's telling the turn signal u activated, to Flash, and then same pair tells the Locks to Lock because you have reach the speed you have set for them to autolock.....

You will have to put that connection under dash back together....this is the First Wrangler that when you take the door off, you don't have to Pull a Damn Fuse or buy a stupid spring to hold switch closed.

when you inplug the door, Can Bus switches to all accessories to Rap,(Retain Acc Power for a set time.....so when you turn key off and pull it out, if harness is disconnected, all Acc, will stay on for say 10 mins.....If harness is connected and you turn key off and when you open door, canbus turns acc off....

The Mygig Infotainment unit is controlled by Canbus and It's self....If you have the unit with a hard drive, just because you turn jeep off and get out, that Hard drive will stay on til it is done booting the system down...

I found the installation manual for adding Half Doors....

When your jeep has Full Doors, with power accessories etc and you Purchase Half Doors, the Half doors will have the Two wire harness only. Half doors Are not available from Jeep or Mopar....They never have and prob never will..

So the Half Door Kit comes with the New Harness that has to be switched so the Half door works with your jeep...You kinda did it backwards... you changed the setup on the body and it should have been the door...

When I got the Sahara, Half doors were not available unless factory installed...I didn't like that, then the story is, Sahara's can not get Half doors, at dealership when buying or Ordering it. Chrysler will not do it Factory.
You can buy afterwards, as Aftermarket, but a Sahara can not have Half doors.....

Here is some from the Half door manual:

I am trying to install full doors with power locks and windows so I am doing the opposite of what your diagram shows. Instead of me hardwiring straight to the battery with and inline fuse would this option allow me to run the power windows instead? I'm not very good with wiring and saw this the other day an wondered if this would be a safer rout to go. I'm in the middle of trading my full doors for half doors now and are trying to figure out what is best to do for the guy I am trading with. Thanks so much for any help or info!

Are you going to do Mopar motors on the windows or aftermarket....Also if you need the harness, male and female mates so it's just a simple unplug to remove the door for a day's ride around, below are the exact harness it takes and they are cheap, he has these for around 16...17 dollars and mopar is very high on repair kits...hard to find...

I have a 2008 JKU Rubicon. I'm not to sure if I have a disconnect plug under my dash? I know I have disconnect at the doors but I'm sure that's not what your asking me. Being its a rubicon I'm sure I have the disconnect plug under my dash.. I'm really bad with wiring so forgive me being a little slow with this!
