Winner Announced - JDaPP: Genesis Off Road Dual Battery System Giveaway
Our first summer after buying my Jeep, my wife and I took our young kids to the local drive-in. (What better way to spend a summer night than with the top down watching a couple of good movies as a family?) Given that my Jeep was relatively new, only four years old at the time, the thought of battery life with the OEM unit didn't cross our minds. Big mistake! When the second movie was over, I turned the key to start up and take us home, and ... nothing. My Jeep was dead. Fortunately, the drive-in had a portable battery starter, and we were able to fire it up and get home. But, despite my giving the Jeep plenty of chance to recharge the factory battery, I had several close calls with a dead/near-dead battery over the next week.
I finally got fed up, and replaced the tired factory battery with a Yellow Top, and haven't looked back. Now, I'm regularly the one to jump other stranded motorists at the drive-in! ;-)

The wife and I enjoy overlanding and dispersed camping. Our favorite area is the Ozark National Forest in Northwest Arkansas.
We take old logging roads back into the woods and find a lovely spot away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
We were doing just this a couple years back when we were just getting into dispersed camping and didn't have our gear quite worked out yet.
We were sitting around the campfire and using the Jeep to play some Willie Nelson jams and time kind of got away from us. I walked over the the Jeep to start it up and--uh oh! No more juice!
We ended up having to wait until the following morning when we were able to flag down a rare passer-by on these remote roads to give us a jump! We'd be a lot safer with a dual battery setup.
Note: I actually did buy your dual setup for the 2012 JKR and loved it! But we sold that Jeep w/ the dual setup in 2014.
Got a new 2016 JKUR this year as we have a little one on the way. Would love to buy one for this rig, but we're saving $$ for our little Jeeper! Would be great to win one!

I would love to add a dual battery to the family adventuretownmobile, with two kids, a wife and the dog when we go camping it would be nice to be able to run the lights and sound for longer without having to worry about getting stuck!
Just empty every pocket, and boy ain't it the truth. I got into this because of a good friend of mine, and now I'm absolutely hooked. Hoping to do lots of traveling this next year, with an Easter jeep safari, the Rubicon Trail, TDS, and many more runs to come.
Good luck everyone
