Default 2012 JKU White Walker Build

Bought a new to me 2012 JKU rubicon. It was on 2.5" Rough Country springs and 35's when i got it. My plan is to build it with an RPM long arm kit with 2.25" links, 3.5" Metal Cloak springs, Rocksport shocks, Adams driveshafts, 37" Coopers, bumper with warn winch and some more.

Bought me a bumper for $100. It had a big stinger on it that i cut off. I also had to move the winch mounting holes and the fairlead hole and bolt holes to fit my winch. Also put some LED headlights in.

Done

Put some KBD fenders and jl hood latches on it. I cut the stock front inner fenders and reused them and removed the rear inner fenders.

Got the front end done. Got everything cut off the rear and the link mounts tacked in place.

Got the truss and new link mounts welded on. I did have to notch the truss for the locker connector. The new link mounts move the shocks up several inches. Hung the links to check for clearance and measure for shocks & driveshaft. Also installed RPM track bars.

Got the 3.5" Metal cloak springs under it. Welded all the link mounts, put the shocks on and sat it down on its own weight. Got my tires and wheels mounted along with some new sway bar links.

Testing for clearance issues and making sure everything that needs to be is long enough

Installed a Barnes engine/trans skid plate. Had to notch it so the front driveshaft would clear it when the drivers side was drooping. Also installed Adams 1350 driveshafts front & rear

Took the spare off of the bumper. Plan is to move it to the inside. I have some roll bar clamps and plan on making a crossbar out of DOM with a mount off of it.
