Just picked up this factory disc brake 2001 14 bolt! Its got a 69" wms-wms. Thats one down, one to go.

I hope you bought the 3.5" bs wheels to run that axle without spacers.

Yes i did. How wide are your pr60's?

Mine were that and i needed 3.5 bs and a spacer.. Made my 16 cos have to go thru frame...i wish id have gone wider.

Well I guess we will see. They don't really get wider than 69" unless you get 05 superduty's.

Anyways, I just got a front. 85-91.5 Ford HP Kingpin Dana 60.

My PR 60's are 68" WMS and I run 2" adapters with my 4.5" BS wheels and 16" travel coil overs. I cut the entire frame out where the shocks mount for clearance and run the axle mounts on top of the axle tube about 1" from the hub.

Ok. Im not scared to do massive frame modifications... I am really thinking about cutting the frame off behind the doors and tube chassis it out.

Thats what id do if i were to build another jk. I did as he did also and cut the frame out.

Did you do any planning and research or did you just decide to order a bunch of parts and go at it?
The ORI struts should give you a little more breathing room vs a coil over and will keep things more simple. I would add a nitrogen fill kit to your list of stuff so you can adjust the struts. If I were going to do it all over again (which I will not do) I would do the struts.
