ReconJeep's 2016 JKUR build
Since I had my hardtop off with the hoist, I took advantage to do some mods to the rear Molle roof panel. I drilled and secured a fire extinguisher so that it could be accessed by all the occupants. I have a few more in the rear but I wanted one located so that everyone could access it, in case of an accident where the occupants may be pinned down. I also added some Camelbaks and headlamps that double up as map reading lights for the rear occupants. The new Camlebaks have d-rings that coincide with the headrest posts. It's so easy to pop on and off for either wearing or refilling. The Petzl headlamps can cycle through many intensities and colors depending on need. "Ex Umbris Venimus"
Great build so far!!! Check out the trek armor/bartact covers. They have the Molle on the back of the covers for the camelbacks. Much more secure for "sticky fingers" . I attend the range often as well down here. Do you have future plans for firearm storage? I'm curious to see your idea mainly because I drive a lot with top down and want to see your thoughts for security

For the small stuff I got spray cans from iMatch Paint. You give them your paint code and they match it quite well. The big parts like bumpers and fenders, is being done by the local Maaco. They do a great job for quite cheap.

I use Princeton Tec on my helmets. Those OR gloves are the best I have ever used. I've tried so many, but none have the dexterity and resistance of the OR."Ex Umbris Venimus"

Installed the Teraflex 2.5" LCG kit with Duratracs, Spidertrax 1.5" spacers, and 4.88 gears. I love the look because it nearly looks factory, yet enhances it's capabilities quite a bit!
