I just installed a 9.5ti and 100' of 3/8" Viking line last week. It fits nicely.

Remember that the less raps on the drum equal more pulling power. If you go with 3/8 line and 100 ft you can always get an extension if you need a longer line. That's what I did. I went from 100' of 5/16" cable to 85' of 3/8" line. Then I will just get an extension in case I need more line.

Can you order Warn's without the wire cable pre-loaded and/or synthetic line installed? Seems like a waste to have to pay for the wire cable and not use it!

I didn't look too hard, but the usual places I order from didn't offer that option. So I unspooled the wire cable and sold it for $100 on craigslist.
