Sweet looking box

 

I love budget mods.... great idea! Looks awesome. What did you use to cut the hole that round?

 

pillow filling actually does the opposite. it makes it seem as though there is more space...

 

I don't have any picks of the inside. It's just four square boards the front one has a hole on it. I didnt put a board on the bottom.I used a jigsaw to cut the hole. The hole doesn't have to be perfect because the speaker lies on the outside face.

 

just curious how you secured it and ran the wires? I see the bracket piece at the top. is that all that is holding it in place?

Stuff a ton of polyfill in it! Fixed my sound bar.

 

Its hard to see but, I made a bracket (it's painted black) for the bottom and used the existing mounting bolts from the stock sub. I just got some aluminum bar, bent it one one end and drilled holes in it. I made another hole in the back for the wires and reused the existing stock grommet.
