It seems as if a lot of people are installing Cummins 4BT's in various vehicles. There is a forum dedicated to swapping 4BT's: 4btswaps.com./forum/index.php

I have just started looking at this as an option. The 4BT commonly comes out of "bread trucks" and is apparently good for 500k. Stock they seem to be around 105 hp and 275 torque. But I read about somebody building a "mild" one of 300 hp and 500 torque. So I really don't know. I know it is a 4 cyl so it may fit. Is it a short version of the 6BT which is similar to what's in the Dodge PU?

I know Advance makes adaptors to fit all kinds of trannys and I've seen mention of them going into Cherokee's, CJ5's FJ40's and old Bronco. Maybe if a Hemi can fit one of these could fit. As to cost - if it could be done for the price of a blower? Of course this would only work in non inspection states.

That Euro front bumper (even without that smart cutout for the winch) looks so much better than the US version. It actually mates up with our lovely huge flenders and blends everything together. The US bumper looks like the design team just gave up on Friday afternoon and headed for the bar. It was the first thing I replaced.

Me too! And I really hate the way the front fenders stick out past the grill. I plan on building a set of "flatties" for the front and later rear out of aluminium.

I see it has AZ plates on the back. How did you get it here, what would it cost and can it be licensed here?
