Expedition Modded Jeeps - Let's see 'em!!
I agree. The Jeep looks too clean in those pictures
.
In September a buddy of mine and I took the Jeep for it's maiden voyage on a 10-day trip to Southern Utah. This was before I added the front/rear bumpers and winch.
We scrapped a few places on the belly, but not on the axles or suspension component. So I am going to stick with the OEM 32" tires and give it a 2.5" lift to give it a little more clerance on the belly and it will be perfect for the kind of trails I like.

I love Utah's canyon country!

Cool stuff! Did you hike the Joint Trail while on Elephant Hill Trail? Definitely a fun little hike.

I'm headed with a group on White Rim Trail later this year. We will then head up to Capitol Reef, then through Grand Staircase Escalante to BLM land on the Grand Canyon, where we will camp on the rim. Figure close to 400 miles of off-road travel over ten days. We've been planning this over a year now. Can't wait! You won't see my Jeep in any of the pic's, however. I've got it worked out such that I've given my slot to a friend from Washington and will ride with him. He's eager to get his '12 Rubi out on the trails, and I'm delighted to serve as primary photographer for the group. :-)

. When I went with my buddy we shared the driving 50/50, so we could both enjoy the trail driving and also being able to watch the scenery better when in the passenger seat. The White Rim Trail, the Maze area and Arizona Strip (north side of Grand Canyon) is high on my LONG list
I also want to re-visit the sand hills on the Paria Plateau again and spend some more time there..
