Expedition Modded Jeeps - Let's see 'em!!
Over the long Presidents weekend I finally completed my custom dual battery tray install. The wiring took a fairly long time, since I had to route the wires in a manner that would still let me take it apart when batteries eventually have to be replaced. The Jeep started on the first try
and the Automatic Charging Relay seems to be working as advertised. I really like the quallity of the Blue Sea System relay.
Here is a couple of pictures:

If you look at the top/left corner of the 2nd picture, you can see the wiring coming in from the passenger cabin. This wiring is for the ARB dual Aircompressor mounted under the passenger seat.
The last picture shows what the different fuse holders are for. I am runing both 12V Main & 12V Auxilary power over to the drivers side of the engine compartment where I am going to install two Bussman fuse/relay boxes to supply all the extra accessories for the Jeep (Front Dual Beam driving lights, ARB Fridge/Freezer, Rear camp flood lights, 12V external outlet under rear bumper, Rock Lights, CB/HAM radio, On-demand water pump, charger for 7" tablet and any future expansion. These 2 boxes will be placed in the empty space on the driver side of the brake booster.

I finally pulled the gun on a RTT and it is on its way to me
. i ended up going with the tepui kukenam tent with the annex. does anyone out there currently have this tent with a goby ranger rack on the JKU? if so hows the mounting/ fitting of this tent on your rig? well hopefully it will be a simple instal looks pretty straight forward and i do plan on getting some poser pics up here before i end up going camping or anything. this is by far my favorite thread.

I am not going to buy a RTT until next year, as my son is a little young to try and camp on top of the jeep. But maybe next year I will try and set one up.
CVT is a roof top tent maker out of Oregon. They make similar quality as tapui. If you like what the have and want to save some bucks, check out expedition portal and search there for the group buy going on. I was real tempted to join in on it, but I need to wait.
