Really do love the bumper, fits perfect. Little bit of an erector set to install but it wasn't too bad. Huge weight savings from our previous. Glad I made the switch.

Hey all! I'm wondering how winches (those that sit on the top the bumper), bull bars, lights, etc. affect the performance (radiator, cooling, etc) of your expedition rigs. I see a lot of different rigs out there, some with a ton of kit, in front of the radiator.

Cheers!
Dave

Personally I have had no issues in any temperature range.

I mounted mine upside down to prevent any cooling issues but I am out in the desert and spend most weekends in the desert. I took a universal mount, trimmed to fit then welded it to my frame. Works great. I have used it for various things and haven't had a single issue.

I think you're right. Which was one of the things I really liked about the Shrockworks bumper. Built specifically to fit a Warn PowerPlant, tall as it is, and no optional winch plate required.

I love your JKU. I have the same LOD Rear bumper and am trying to decide between the Ursa Minor top and a Gobi with a tent. I like the flexibility of the Gobi and your photo makes it pretty hard to resist. Any issue mounting the Gobi with the LOD rear bumper?

Haha yup! They learn the most funniest phrases lol. I do love the gobi, I've had the gobi for almost 4 years and it has held up, does rattle at times but the bolts haven't loosened at all. I've installed it myself with the help of a couple of hands, but it was easy, even for me lol.
