PN # 55000 4dr PN# 55010 2dr.
It's our new 2" Dia. Expedition grade Congo Pro. Here's some text on it...JK Congo Pro. It’s a frame mounted tubular support structure that serves as a foundation for a variety of load handling accessories. Modular Aluminum Racks, Stealth Rack (PN#55060) 38" x 62" MOD RAK EXP (PN#55075) 55.5" x 78.5" all can fitted with available load handling rails and attachments.
For the Congo Pro The main design element is the 2” diameter heavy wall tubing….and roll-bar style clamps, splices and flanges. The full perimeter cage mounts to the frame allowing for use of either soft or hard-tops.
The key features of the Congo-pro system are
A Modular Design for ultimate versatility…. this system can be configured in many different ways depending on your needs.
An EZ Access system: is provided by Rocker Walk Side Steps, Hinge Steps, the Kat Walk and grab holds.
It’s Expedition Quality: and all components are over engineered for long-term, heavy duty use. Ensuring ultimate durability and a rattle AND noise free installation…. All of which are the hallmarks our design.
A Low Profile Design: Reduced wind drag improves economy and lower center of gravity providing improved road and trail handling. The Congo Pro adds a mere 4.5”” of height for ample clearance to park in your garage or carport.
The Congo Pro is designed for the Wrangler JK 2DR & 4DR Models and consists of 3 major components:
The CONGO PRO FRONT HOOP: Is made of 2” diameter, high-grade .120 tubular steel and anchors to the windshield-frame mounts…. which are factory engineered to support extreme loads.
It works as a load and light bar, and features weld-on grab holds which are useful for climbing in, out, or on the vehicle!
The CONGO PRO ROOF RAILS. Which are also 2” in diameter, span the length of the JK Rooftop and attach using heavy duty CNC roll bar clamps.
AND yes, They are compatible with factory freedom panels.
The Rear Hoop is a 2” tubular support structure that can be attached either to the rear bumper or frame rails…. with included no-drill frame brackets.
The Congo Pro has provisions to hinge up and back…. to provide access to the folding factory soft top. The factory hard top can be removed easily with the Congo pro in place.

Slowly and steadily getting my 07' outfitted for more expedition style adventures. A couple years in the making so far and still a long way to go. Just recently installed my Warrior Renegade cargo rack. It was an easy bolt on addition to the JKU, but it is noisy as heck. For those of you running cargo racks on your rigs, do the air dams really make a difference? Around town is fine, but on the highway, it is really noisy. Any insight would be appreciated.

The noise increased a little bit after I added a floor made out of a couple of layers of fence material (leftovers when we built my wife's chicken coop last year), and I might try something else ... I read about hard plastic chicken coop flooring elsewhere that should be solid enough to be used in one layer. That should help because I think that the wind gets caught in between the layers right now. We'll see ...
I have the same roof rack and drove around without an air dam for a couple of weeks because it was on back order. After the installation it was like night & day - no "big shop vacuum" noise anymore, and a reduction by 90+%, even though you still hear it (which is true for all roof racks I guess).

Post some pics when you have the new floor on the roof rack. I'd like to see how it turned out.
