No that one is not top of the world. Here is the same angle on top of the world for comparison sake: In my photos the La Sal Mountains are not in the same location. I don't know what trail that is but it looks amazing.

In this pic on top of the world, the La Sal Mountains are almost straight out/slightly to the left of the view.
