Cool pic. It is always annoying when people post pics in this thread and don't share where it is. I'm okay if folks want to keep an exact location to themselves for those secret places, but they could at least tell us an approximate area.

I am guessing that the pic is from either Poison Spider or Golden Spike. There are a number of vantage points from both trails. Here is mine on Poison Spider. You can kind of see that is looking in the same general direction with Moab down below with the La Sals in the distance.

I've run Poison Spider, but the day was getting long and we skipped that side trail. Darned. Now I'll just have to run it again!

When I went, I didn't get to run golden spike or Poison spider. Darn I too will have to make the trek across the country again.

I don't think I saw a single Jeep get stuck during the great "Snowmageddon" in Atlanta.

Took a break and did some exploring today. Average dirt road is a beautiful place, indeed.

I would certainly hope not! You guys got a whole 2.5 inches of snow... Thats a weekend dusting. Dont see what all the fuss was about, besides nobody in Atlanta can drive.

Nice pic though.

We are supposed to be getting over a foot in the foothills tonight, sounds like some more snow pic's will be popping up over the weekend.

Me neither! If its less than a foot there isnt any fun in it... Probably going to check out some spots along the peak to peak Saturday morning.
